Who we are

Wagner, Andrews & Kovacs Ltd. is a private appraisal company based in Toronto. It is one of the largest independent appraisal companies specializing in commercial real estate in Canada. Wagner, Andrews & Kovacs was established in 1992, and has grown to be a highly recognized and well -regarded provider of real estate valuations and consulting services.

Wagner, Andrews & Kovacs Ltd. maintains a high quality of professionalism and completes assignments in an independent manner. All appraisals are undertaken in conformity with the guidelines of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (The Standards).

In total, the firm has six accredited appraisers that specialize in the different real estate sectors; including office, industrial, retail, land, and multi-family residential. Combined, the six accredited appraisers have over 150 years of appraisal experience. Together with a trained and dedicated support staff of ten people, we are able to carry out the research and due diligence required for any assignment; and provide you with concise, easy to read, and reliable reports.

Over the years the Company has cultivated many contacts in the real estate industry, which assists us in the preparation of fully researched reports. Our in-house analytical database contains extensive information on properties and property transactions.

In addition, we subscribe to various Real Estate databases which assist us in providing more accurate value estimates for the following purposes
